Leadership isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” concept and it’s not the same as management. Great leaders learn how to read the room, adjust their style, and meet staff where they are. But how do you know when to take charge and when to step back?

In this course, you will learn when to direct, when to coach, when to support, and when to delegate so that you can better help your staff succeed in their roles. Understanding your leadership style and adapting it builds trust and makes it easier to support a wide range of employee needs.

• Identify key aspects of the Hersey Blanchard Situational Leadership Model.
• Self-assess your own leadership style and strengths.
• Explore how to use directing, coaching, supporting, and delegating approaches to lead different types of employees.

The course fee varies between $125 and $180 depending on the ticket type.
