Conflict is natural and normal in any workplace.  No one wants conflict to happen, but when it does, our best response is to be prepared to deal with it directly. In this session, participants will examine techniques that focus on communicating effectively, managing our emotions, and fostering positive outcomes for all involved.

Managers, team leaders, and anyone looking to enhance their conflict resolution skills will learn how to turn the immediate challenge of conflict into an opportunity for collaboration and growth for the long term.

• Identify different types and levels of conflict in the workplace
• Explore the Thomas-Killman 5-part model of Conflict Resolution
• Apply conflict resolution techniques to managing tensions between individuals and between groups in the workplace.

The course fee varies between $70 and $100 depending on the ticket type.
