In this course, you’ll work through real-life scenarios to apply legal requirements around discrimination, privacy, and accommodation to everyday decisions.
In this course, you will:- Identify which federal and provincial laws apply to your workplace and where to find them.
- Recognize protected grounds under human rights law and when privacy or accommodation duties may apply.
- Apply legal principles to real-world scenarios involving discrimination, privacy, and return-to-work obligations.
The course fee varies between $125 and $180 depending on the ticket type.
