Understanding personality type theory can help you adjust your communication style to build stronger connections with a wide variety of people. It can make collaboration easier and help you lead and contribute in ways that feel authentic and effective. When you understand your own personality preferences, it becomes easier to understand and accept how people work and communicate differently. In this course, you will:

• Differentiate between the different dichotomies of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
• Identify how your own preferences express themselves naturally in your daily life.
• Practise strategies to communicate more effectively with team members who have different preferences.

The course fee varies between $125 and $180 depending on the ticket type.
