Great hiring decisions begin with clarity. When your team agrees on what success means for the role, you can make objective, values-based decisions that reflect the needs of the role and your organization.

In this course, you will first define what “ideal candidate” means in your organization. Then, learn to spot and reduce bias, and create a selection process that’s clear, fair, and consistent.

• Evaluate and refine hiring criteria to align with organizational values and BFORs (bona fide occupational requirements).
• Identify and reduce unconscious bias when considering “fit.”
• Integrate DEIB principles and accommodations into the evaluation process.
• Apply a structured approach to making final selection decisions.

The course fee varies between $125 and $180 depending on the ticket type.
