In this course, you will:
  • Understand the four foundations of effective performance management—purpose, expectations, preparation, and communication—and how they shape a high-performance culture.
  • Practice using tools such as one-on-ones, job descriptions, and peer feedback to set expectations, support growth, and promote accountability.
  • Develop strategies to address performance challenges, engage in meaningful feedback conversations, and align individual goals with organizational success.

The course fee varies between $125 and $180 depending on the ticket type.
