This workshop is designed to address the more challenging areas of performance management – the capable employee who is not achieving their potential, the employee whose deliverables are great but they can’t seem to get along with other people, or the employee whose behaviours get in the way of a healthy, productive, engaged workforce. In this session, we’ll move beyond the basics and delve into the more complex and nuanced areas of performance management for people leaders and HR professionals. We’ll dive deeper into the grey areas of personality and attitude and their impact on work, including the reality of performance improvement planning and, conversely, the opportunities that exist in succession planning and career planning to develop and bring out the best in the workforce.
