But there’s a lot that goes into fostering a positive employee experience and building a culture where employees feel supported, heard and valued. Empowering every employee to succeed means putting an intentional, strategic focus on the ways we manage people.
The Art of People Management is an interactive, virtual program designed to support managers, supervisors, and team leaders at the early stages of their leadership journey.
Learners will be supported in developing the foundational leadership skills that enable top performance and high engagement and will walk away with tools, skills and strategies focused on a variety of supervisory themes, including:

- Respect in the Workplace
- Resolving Workplace Conflict
- Appreciation in the Workplace
- Managing Day to Day People Challenges
Throughout the training, participants are encouraged to commit to apply their learning through practical actions that will expand on their theoretical knowledge.
