Understanding HR legislation is essential for responding appropriately and protecting both people and the organization. \n\nIn this course\, you’ll work through real-life scenarios to apply legal requirements around discrimination\, privacy\, and accommodation to everyday decisions. \n\nIn this course\, you will:\n\n 	Identify which federal and provincial laws apply to your workplace and where to find them.\n 	Recognize protected grounds under human rights law and when privacy or accommodation duties may apply.\n 	Apply legal principles to real-world scenarios involving discrimination\, privacy\, and return-to-work obligations.\n\nThe course fee varies between $125 and $180 depending on the ticket type. \n\nThis course will take place on February 25\, 2026\, between 9 am – 11 am (PST\, Vancouver).
