COURSE DESCRIPTION

When it comes to workplace communication, you are a rockstar. You’ve been doing this for years, and you know all the basics. But now, at your level, the basics just aren’t cutting it: you need to brush up on your advanced skills. 

Building on Effective Workplace Communication, this 3-hour course will provide you with the communication skills you need to lead and support your staff through difficult conversations, de-escalate conflict, and ensure your staff feels supported, valued, and heard.

Learn to:

• Explore different types of conflict and conflict resolution styles,
• Learn how to build optimal conditions for having difficult conversations with staff, and
• Practice de-escalation techniques to focus on issues and manage defensiveness in times of conflict.

To enroll in the Advanced Workplace Communication course, participants are required to take the 3-hour “Effective Workplace Communication” course.

The course fee varies between $99 and $149 depending on the ticket type.
