Change is the only constant in today’s modern workplace. Whether you’re a manager looking to lead new initiatives or an individual seeking to adapt and excel in evolving work environments, our course will empower you with the knowledge and tools needed for success in an ever-shifting professional world.

This 2 half-day course offers a structured approach to change management, providing strategies for seamless transitions, fostering employee buy-in, and maintaining productivity during periods of transformation and change.

Part 1: Learning Outcomes: The People Side of Change

  • Differentiate between change versus transition;
  • Understand common hurdles to change management;
  • Explore the three phases of internal transition and identify techniques to support staff throughout the process; and
  • Utilize personality dynamics to manage resistance to change.

Part 2: Learning Outcomes: The Organizational Side of Change

  • Differentiate between several types of organizational change;
  • Identify roles involved in the change management process; and
  • Explore strategies for managing change effectively, from creating your vision, to building communication plans, to sustaining change over the long term.

The course fee varies between $249 and $349 depending on the ticket type.

The course will take place on February 11 and 13, 2025, between 9 am – 12 pm (PST, Vancouver).

This certificate program encompasses the management knowledge and skill set necessary to manage employees through the entire employee experience. Completion of 4 core courses and 18 hours of elective courses entitles the participant to a Certificate in The Art of HR.
