Our expert-led course is designed to provide you with the fundamental knowledge, strategies, and practical insights necessary to initiate and execute a successful employee performance management program.

You will gain a deep understanding of performance management tools, goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance review techniques to drive excellence within your organization.

In this course you will:
  • Understand the purpose of performance management and how it adds value;
  • Set clear expectations for employee performance;
  • Identify and connect internal tools to leverage or complement performance management processes;
  • Foster a culture of accountability;
  • Apply effective written and verbal communication skills to performance management conversations;
  • Complete an effective performance review; and
  • Build structured goal-setting practices into regular performance management processes.

The course fee varies between $249 and $349 depending on the ticket type.

This course will take place on February 25 and 27, 2025, between 9 am – 12 pm (PST, Vancouver).

The Art of HR Certificate

This certificate program encompasses the management knowledge and skill set necessary to manage employees through the entire employee experience. Completion of 4 core courses and 18 hours of elective courses entitles the participant to a Certificate in The Art of HR.
